What Is The Difference Between Opana ER 20 Mg And Morphine Sulfate ER 100 Mg?

What is the difference between Opana ER 20 mg and Morphine Sulfate ER 100 mg? I was on the generic for Opana ER but my new insurance does not cover it. It does cover Morphine Sulfate ER 100 mg. So my question is, will it work for my pain as well as the Opana ER? Thank You.
