What Is The Difference Between Neuroma And Trigeminal Neuralgia?

how can i tell difference between neuroma and trigeminal neuralgia. 68 yrs. old. have upper and lower dentures good health otherwise pain is constant from a level 4 to level 10 in severity pain seems to originate in lower jaw and radiate to upper jaw

Hi,

Trigeminal neuralgia pain is episodic in nature, lasting for a few seconds to minutes. Neuroma can be diagnosed by doing a good MRI scan.
