What Is The Difference Between Oxycontin And Hydrocodone-acetaminophen?

Hello Dr. Grief. I would like to know what is the difference between; OXYCONDIN 10 and HYDROCODON-ACEDTAMINOPHEN 5-325? Thank you from a very concerned patient. I m so sorry but will need to retract my question only due to the payment. I m retired and on a fixed income. I thought your service was free of charge. Again, so sorry to take up your time.

Hello. The difference is that a drug has only one component: Oxycodone and the other has two components: Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen.
Hydrocodone and Oxycodone are opioid derivatives that can cause side effects, to reduce the adverse effects are combined opioid(at lower dose)with other painkillers such as acetaminophen, antiinflammatories...
I wish you good health.
