What Is The Dosage Of Crocin DS Syrup?

Hello Doctor My son is 2 year 11 months old.He is having severe cough and running nose for the past 2 days.I have given Crocin DS syrup fever becomes low and within 3 to 4 hours again the temperature increases.Pls tell me whether we can give Crocin within 4 hours.

Crocin can be given in 4-6 hours. But before giving crocin measure temperature and give it only when temperature > 100 F.
