What Is The Dosage Of Folic Acid Tablet For The Treatment Of RA?

Hi, I am on HCQ 200mg daily and Methotrexate 7.5 once a week with folic acid once a week, to treat RA. I am wondering if the Folic Acid is adequate or if I need to take folic acid everyday. It is a year now since I started this treatment. Please tell me if the amount of folic acid I take is enough.
