What Is The Dose Of AKT-2 To Cure Spinal TB With Neurological Deficit?

Hi Doctor,
I am suffering from Spinal TB (D4 D5) with neurological deficit. I have completed course of Forcox Kit (4 drugs) for 2 months & now advised to take AKT-2 but not mentioned what dose i.e how many tab on a day & when. Pl advise. (still taking one tab empty stomach in the morning)
