What Is The Effect Of Zoryl M1 On My Body?

I am talking Zoryl M1, half tab before breakfast. my blood sugar in empty stomach remains around 100 mg/dl and after food around 120. i want to know how Zoryl M1 is helping in me. Is increasing the quality/quantity of insulin or reducing the blood sugar level ?

Hello,
ZORYL M has two medicines in it.METFORMIN and GLIMMIPRIDE.
While METFORMIN acts by increasing the tissue responsiveness to already circulating insulin,GLIMMIPRIDE acts by stimulating the beta cells of pancreas to secrete more insulin.
