What Is The Effective Treatment For Wound In The Tongue?

Hi Sir, My mother is suffering from tounge wound sence 6 month I meet the ulser specialist . they said after tounge test reports it is normal wound it happens because vitamins & constipition She will well in some days but she not well Plese tell me sir what I do

I appreciate your concern, if this the chronic mouth (Tongue ) ulcer then ideally it needs to be sent for biopsy test, till then broad spectrum mouth gargle can be used like Povidone Iodine, and such condition also need to be sent for dental examination because bad dental condition could be the reason for that, mouth lesion and tongue lesion (Oral cavity ulcers ) demands the several tests, condition can be managed with multivitamin and folic acid therapy until suggested test carried out, hope this information helps.
