What Is The Effective Way To Reduce Weight?

Hi, I wanted to know whether gymning is good for me
I am 24 yr old,My hgt is 5'3, my weight is 55 kg

i want to reduce weight and was wondering wether gymning could help me, buh as i have heard it has sideeffects in longterm. it seems you put on weight after you leave gymning...is dat true..??

Yes start with gym.spending 30 to 40 mins in gym can be considered for everyone, that makes life more fit.

The best way to reduce weght are

1.diet
2.exercises
3.being more active.
4.avoiding unhealthy food.
5.slow weight reduction always fits to any one.crushing diet will end up in health issues.


Engage in physicial activities like
Cycling, jogging, swimming walking for at least 30 min 5 times a week
In gym you can start with -stretching exercises, abdominl crunches and other strengthening exercises.

But please make sure you dont increase your food intake in mean time.

Drink more glasses of water, when you are thirst please do not take any other fluids as a substitute like juice, coke, etc .take green tea twice daily that burns fat and keep you active.
Eat lot of fruits and vegetables, this will not only reduce hunger but also add to the bulk of the food making you fullr. Skimmed dairy products, take fresh salad after lunch and dinner like cucumber, tomatoes with curd.

Avoid high calorie food like fries, pizza, sweets and others.
