What Is The Frequent Urge To Urinate And Stomach Cramps?

For the last few days I have had the urge to pee more but when I get to the toilet and try nothing really comes out also I got this burning sensation and for the last 2-3 days I have had quite bad cramps and the feeling of being sick in the morning/afternoon?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Acute urinary tract infection, urethritis, prostatitis like infective etiology can be the possibility.

If recent unprotected intercourse present and suspected, then sexually transmitted diseases also has be ruled out.

Urine routine microscopic examination needed in your case.

Urine culture and USG scan also advisable.

As per reports further management plan decided.

Antibiotic course needed in infective etiology.

Maintain hydration with lots of water and fruits juices.
