Hi,

Regesterone (Norethisterone) is a hormone used to regularize the period and abnormal vaginal bleeding in women due to hormonal imbalances.

Yes, Regesterone is the right drug, continue taking it as advised by your doctor after stopping the drug you will get your periods within 3 to 5 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
