What Is The Healing Time If Having Lumbar Spine Normal Mineralization With Loss Of Lumber Lordosis?
I fallen from the bike before 5 month ago.and my whole body weight on my lowe back (tail bone), in X-ray reports, there was no bone fracture, but it shows that the Lumbar spine normal minerlization with loss of lumber lordosis andinversion of 2nd coccygeal segment.At that time i can not seat and sleep, but in present scenario, i can seat and not feeling any pain.. but some time sudden pain is increase and cant seat on hard place. I have question that, how much time still require to complete heal and come to my whole routine hard activity?? And any excersize for that??
