What Is The Healing Time If Three Ribs At The Back Bottom Of The Rib Cage Is Broken?
I`m told that i've broken three fibs at the back botton of my rib cage - please advise average time for healing? I'm a fit 65. Is there anything I can do to speed up the healing process? As I I'm a builder would I damage the healing process by taking on light physical activity after a week (probably an obvious question)?

it usually take 4-6 weeks time for bone union and another 4-6 week time for its consolidation.But your pain start decreasing from day 1 onwards.you can take diet rich in calcium and vitamin D like milk and milk products.
you can do light physical work with rib belt on if your pain permits after 10 days.
