Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

It is a common belief that acne is caused by blood impurities which is actually not the case, therefore there is no case for using a product like this for treatment of acne.
Acne is the result of an interplay of factors that are limited only to the level of skin and they are sebaceous glandular over-activity, stickiness of epidermal cells, a bacterium i.e propionibacterium acnes and inflammation.
Therefore rather than trying a so called blood purifier remedy like this, I would suggest that you opt for specific antiacne, Oral as well as topical treatment.
Treatment is guided by the severity of acne and includes Oral and Topical treatment options.
Topical treatment commonly includes topical retinoids like adapalene gel; topical antibacterials like benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin gel.
Oral treatment options that are usually effective in acne are antibiotics like doxycycline, minocycline Or azithromycin.
Oral retinoids are reserved for the most severe grade of acne and acne that does not respond adequately to tradtional antiacne treatment.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity. Your dermatologist will assess the severity of your acne and advice you accordingly.

Regards
