Weight gaining has 2 major causative factors
1) from any medical conditions of any endocrinal disorders like cushings syndrome, hypothyroidism - that needs proper treatment
2) taking extra caloric foods with sedentary habits - this is 90% cause of gaining weight. The simple solution is to take low caloric diet like no fried foods, fatty foods, junk and fast foods, more fruits and vegetables, low carb diet too. Eat moderate amount and in time.

hi dear there r many home remedies which help to reduce weight but first its important why ur weight is this much ? r u having gen swelling ? menstrual irregularities ? food habit ? if there is no any underline cause like hypothyroidism than definately home remedies will benefitted u more .....
drink warm to hot water morning evening water should be that much hot maximum temp u can tolerate u can also drink it by one by one sip like tea
u can also add 1 - 2 tbs honey in that water along with lemon
when ever u got strong hungry than eat 1 fruit than drink 1 glass of water than start to eat
u can took cinnamon powder morning evening
there r few other things r there but it will better to advise after complete case taking
