What Is The Itchy Growing Lump Under The Arm?

I have a hard itchy lump that i noticed about 5 months ago under my arm, it doesnt hurt but has grown somewhat and always very itchy- so much that my arm is always has a bruise from me itching it. I have had alot of fatigue and have lost about 31 pounds within this time. I am 34 years old, 5'4 220 pounds

A lump under an armpit can indicate breast cancer and should not never be ignored. It can be enlarged lymph node. Hair follicle inflammation due to hair shaving in this area is possible. In such case also redness and some pain should be present.
I suggest you to do not wait any longer. Please consult your doctor and have an ultrasound of it.
