What Is The Lump Behind The Left Ear Of A One Year Old?

hi... this morning, before getting up, I felt something hard behind my 1 year and 1 month old baby girl's left ear. it is small and hard but when i pressed it, it doesn't seem to bother her. she has cough and colds at the moment. please tell me what the lump could be. i am so worried. thanks.

Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM
This is an enlarged lymphnode.
Possiblity of having some scalp infection like seboherrhoic dematitis. lice infestation or frunculosis.
Regular antidandruff shampoo like (kitoconazole) will help her.
Not a serious problem, not much to worry.
