General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Pain and lump on the breast after a history of trauma could possibly be due to traumatic necrosis of fat. Physical examination and breast ultrasound are required to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile, take Advil 400 mg up to 4 times a day for pain relief.

So please follow up with your primary provider.
Hope this answers your question
