What Is The Maximum Dose Of Acetaminophen That Can Be Taken In A Day And At What Intervals?

Hello, I am a 18-year-old male and I weight 250lbs. I am sick and have been taking acetaminophen as a pain releaver. What is the maximum dossage that I can take in 1 day, or 24-hour time period. I tried to take the recommended 325mg although the pain does not go away at all unless I take 650mg. I have been waiting at least 3 hours between each dosage. What amount is safe in 24 hours?
