Dear sir i met with an accident though not a impact head injury i was suggested a brain MRI.report suggests ISCHEMIC GLIOTTIC FOCI INVOLVING THE SUBCORTICAL WHITE MATTER TRACTS OF BOTH THE FRONTAL AND THE PAREITAL LOBES WITH INVOLVEMENT OF THE LEFT CENTRUM SEMIOVALE.

The findings means lack of blood flow to brain. Treatment would include aspirin and Rosuvastatin. Risk factors such as sugar and BP should be controlled.
