What Is The Meaning Of Protrusion Right At T6-7 And Intrauterine Fetus In MRI Scan?

My mri shows mild degenerative signal is intrauterine fetus of endplates at t11-12 level - mild disc space narrowing at this level (wondering if the intrauterine fetus is a typo? not pregnant and cant find definition relating to spine mri).... shallow dis protrusion right at t6-7... what does this mean?

This can be features of a condition called spina bifida where protrusion of spinal cord can occur, it can be corrected after birth by surgery.
