What Is The Meaning Of The Chest X Ray?

I have Bronchitis, this is my third Bronchitis attack within the span of a year and I went to take a chest xray as recommended by my physician and the results came back stating: Indication: Bronchitis. The cardiac silhouette is not enlarged. There is no acute infiltrate. What does this mean?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The X ray findings show that there is no sign of any pneumonia (infiltrate) or any abnormal opacities in the lungs. The heart configuration is normal. You may need to take medications as there might be a mild cold attack.
