in my right ovary a follicle(21mm)is present.there is anechoic mass posterior to uterus and extending on left side,few fine internal echoes are seen.left ovary is not appreciated separately.this mass measures 71into22mm. in impression,left t.o.mass.what does its mean

You have left tubo-ovarian mass.It may be due to many reasons.
You need clinical examination and further investigation like routine hemogram, tumour markers,β-hCG level.Contrast CT Scan of abdomen can be done if needed.
Treatment depend upon clinical findings,age and investigation reports.
