What Is The Meaning Of The Scan Result?
There are fibrolinear and fibronodular opacities at the right upper lung field. the heart is not enlarged. the diaphragm is sharp and distinct. the pulmonary vessels are within normal limits. the superior mediastinum is not remarkable. the trachea is in the midline. the osseous thoracic cage reveals no significant bony abnormality. what does ist mean?

According to reports there are fibrotic-nodular lesions in the right upper lung field.It may be due to many reasons like sequel of infection,autoimmune diseases,occupational diseases etc.You need clinical examination and further investigations.
Pulmonary blood vessels are normal.
Mediastinal structures appears normal.
Bony thorax appears normal.
Trachea is also in mid line.
