good day! i would like to ask what is the meaning of this acronyms? these were the admitting and final diagnosis to my cousin.. Admitting diagnosis: RHD, AF, Ms Mild, MF, Diabetic, Hypertensive. Final diagnosis: CAP-MR, RHD, AF with RVR, MSm, MF CAD r/o ACS , FC III C what is the main problem in there? thank you and GOD BLESS!!

The diagnosis is in continuum with the existing problem of RHD and the vavular heart disease. But the severity can only be told with the ECHO report
