What Is The Medication For Deworming Of A 5 Year Old Child?

Hi! My son is 5yrs old and I want to perform deworming on him. What medicine should I give him? He is complaining of itchiness around his anus for two days. He hasn t loss his appetite but I want him to gain some weight because I see him too thin his age. If ever, this would be the first time we will be performing deworming on him. Hi.Thanks for writing on HCM.
I would treat worm infestation by single Albendazole 400mg tablet after dinner.Repeat administration after a week's time.Plenty of oral fluids are advisable. Hope this helps and answers your query.
