What Is The Medication For Fever?

Hi, My child is 5 months now and she is having fever from yesterday. Doctor advised me to give dolo drops (0.8 ml) if there is fever. My child is still having the fever. I gave her the drops at 8.30 AM. Now , it is 3. PM. can I give a dose (0.8 ml ) again.
