Sprained or torn tendon in foot
I rolled my ankle about 2 weeks ago, it hasn't been too hard to walk on uncomfortable. The pain however is getting worse not better with time. And over the last 3 days the top of my ankle & the top of my foot has been very swollen. What can i do & could it be torn?

From description it seems to be soft tissueor ligaent injury .
You need an x-ray to rule out any bony injury.
I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination. You may get the X-ray of the area affected under his/her guidance. You can take anti-inflammatory drug like motrin to reduce pain and inflammation. Avoid putting weight and rest well.
