What Is The Most Effective Treatment For Joint Pain?

I have pain in all my joints, except elbows and shoulders the pain is worse when I lay down There is ashooting pains into my muscles. I do not have joints swelling , as in fingers, knees or ankles. there is also neck pain and headaches.. I do not know what to think

Treatment of joint pain depends on cause. You have got multiple joint pains also called polyarthralgia and cause may be 1. Rhumatoid arthritis 2. other type of arthritis. Do you have morning stiffness? If yes arthritis is more likely cause. There are clinical criteria for diagnosis of arthritis ad detailed clinical Examination is needed.
