Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The hormonal level you reported is suggestive for subclinical hypothyroidism.
In these cases, levothyroxine is started if you have symptoms of hypothyroidism (wheight gain, irregular menstrual cycle, constipation ect.) otherwise, you should be under close monitoring of the hormones.
If TSH reaches levels over 10 mUi/Ml or FT4 and FT3 lower, than treatment is mandatory.
Hope i have been helpful.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
