Urologist 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM..
I am really sorry to hear this, but do not worry.. I'm here to help you out..

I thank you for posting your query here..
I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases..
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough.

I will analyze all your points..

1. Six months pregnant lady with 6 to 8 pus cells, yes it's not a normal thing.
A. Our Campbell urology book says, more than 5 pus cells indicates urinary tract infection, Uti.
B. And in pregnancy, we treat asymptomatic bacteruria too.

2. But the catch here is, how did you collect the urine sample and also, how reliable the laboratory is!?
Ideally, supra pubic aspiration Is the best way, but it's invasive.
So mid stream urine collection is done generally..

3. Do not worry, I will tell the following solutions..
A. Get your urine culture and sensitivity.
This will grow any bacteria present
And we can start on antibiotics to clear this infection..
This is the gold standard treatment..

4. You can always repeat the test, and see..

5. Please drink lots of water, around 4 to 5 litre a day..

Hope this helps you, in case you need further assistance, please let me know..
Take care and God bless. Happy pregnancy..
