Hi dear
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
It s normal to have 2 - 3 pus cells in urine. But with symptoms of urinary infection , you should take an antibiotic course to get rid of infection.
I advise you to drink plenty of water to eradicate infection faster.

Take care.

hiii,
Good afternoon.
You may suffer from UTI as you have burning sensation with fever.
Normal rate of pus cell 2-3 per HPF and if more than 5,indicates some infection.
Now you have normal rate of pus cell and you may have tested your urine after taking medicine.
So continue your medicine, prescribed by your physician and drink more water than usual.
Be well.
