semen analysis:- quantity:2ml , colour:whitish , ph:7.5alkaline , fructose:positive , total count:39m/cumm , rbc:nil , pus cells:nil , precursor cells:0-1/hpf , epithelial cells:1-2/hpf , normal forms-70% , head abnormality:15% , body abnormality:-10% , tail abnormality-:05% , rapid linear progress III & 4th:-10% , sluggish linear progress II:-20% , non progressive motile I:- 30% , non motile 0:-40%. kindly explain it is normal semen analysis report.

Hi Welcome to HCM,

Your Semen Analysis is Normal according to recent WHO standards, only parameter is slightly lower than Normal range is Rapid Linear, to improve it take high vegetables, if you are a smoker or regular user of Alcoholism stop that habits. If your environment is high stress nature try to manage it, because stress also affect motility.
Take medicine L Carnitine - 500mg, Coenzyme Q10 - 50 mg, Astaxanthin -8 mg, Lycopene-2500 mcg, Zinc Ascorbate -5mg. for 3 months morning and Evening.
