My 10months old son weighs 12kg and the doctors think he is overweight . Please what is the normal weight a 10months old should weigh?

According to WHO weight measures it should be 20-28 lb ie.in kg it should be between 9 kg to 13 kg.
Your son has 12 kg means his weight is alright.
