Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case. Most probably it is haematoma. This is collection of blood in the leg. It might get infected some time. So I would suggest you following.
1.Discuss with your doctor and start taking antibiotics accordingly.
2.Hot water fomentation.
3.Avoid any scratching.
This knot will going to dissolve soon. If there is increase in size than you need to contact your doctor.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other questions.
thanks
