What Is The Pain Am I Having In My Chest Below My Breast?

I have a pain that comes and goes from the middle of my chest just below my breast bone and radiates around to the middle of my back. At some points it feels like something flipped in there and the pain is really bad for about 3 seconds then it's gone.
