What Is The Pain In My Arm That Radiates To My Chest?

I am a 49 year old female in general good health. I have been experiencing pain in my left shoulder that radiates down my arm and into my upper left chest. I have not injured it in anyway. The pain is moderate and does come and go. Sometimes it feels that the pain is in my chest and radiates into my shoulder and down my arm.

Hello,

The symptoms you have of radiating pain is due to the nerve trapped in the spine. You need to strengthen the muscles of the neck and also the shoulder with arm to have a better results out of it. I think you may take around 3-4 weeks of time to get full recovery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
