Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
My friend there can be so many causes of pain in leg and it is very difficult to tell with whatever detail you have given. It can be myalgia or arthralgia. Are you diabetic or rheumatoid as then there are chances of pain in all joints. You should see a doctor and get investigation like crp , ra factor and ESR that will confirm the causes of your symptoms.
