What Is The Pain While Having Sex After An Abortion?

I had an abortion about a month ago, right after, I had a Mirena IUD inserted. For about the past week and a half ive had an orange discharge and my cervix is very low. Ive also felt pain when having sex. Could I have an infection? Am I in danger of perrmanant damage?

Yes, it could be due to infection of cervix either due to abortion or IUD. please get it checked and take a course of antibiotics. It may not necessarily cause damage but you should be careful.
