What Is The Perfect Follicular Size For Ovulation?

Hi Doctor Meenakshi, I faced two times misabortion due to PCOs problem. I do ultrasound(follicular study) in my tenth day of my cycle after prescribed by doctor. My endometrium is 6.6mm and dominant follicle is 18x14mm. So, please suggest whether the size are perfect or not.
