Hi
I am 27 years old. I have sacrilization of L5 on the right lower back. I get a shooting pain in my lower back when I walk fast, sit for long, sit on the ground (or any low level surface), sit on hard surface, sometimes even when I turn to my right. I did some physiotherapy for it and am continuing it daily. But even then, a little pressure on it, and it starts to come back all over again. I need to get over this problem soon enough, because it is becoming difficult to travel, go out, drive or sometimes even go through my day. I have cut down my social activies a lot, cut down on driving. But sometimes when it becomes necessary, I have to do things. I need a permanent solution to this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
