What Is The Permanent Solution For Hydroscalphinx Inspite Of Laproscopy?

I had laproscopy done 7 months before of hydroscalphinx in right tube(uterus).again that problem is there in the same tube.what to do now.evertime laproscopy is not possible.even I want to conceive 6 yrs of my marriage. Plz suggest me best how to overtcum this problem.

Laparoscopic repair will be best possible option. If the problem persist salpingectomy may be needed.
