Can u please help me with a joints pain of my mother??? As my mother is having a worsed pain her knee joints and shoulder joints after that we have consult an orthoaedician regarding joints pains of mother. Kindy suggest me with a best way of cure..... Thanking you wid anticiation...

Hi,
From history it seems that your mother might be having osteoartheritis of knee and shoulder joints.
Go for physiotherapy of knee and shoulder joints.
Go for slow walking exercise daily.
Give her calcium, Vitamin A and D supplements.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and if knee joint is affected badly, he may advice for joint replacement.
