What Is The Permanent Solution For Melasma?
Hi, I am 37 year Old Man, I am suffering from Melasma since 8 years, So many doctors I have consulted so many dermatologist and they suggest me hydro-quinine and kojic acid based cream , these creams temporarily removes black spots from my face but after stopping uses affected area increased day by day, Kindly suggest and provide permanent solutions..

This is definitely a problem while treating melasma.
These creams which you have used are the main creams used for treatment of melasma but it tends to come back again in some cases.
The permamnent solution can be achieved by microdermabrasion or fractional laser treament.
Consult a dermatologist and ask for the details about it.
