my son is 14 months he when changeing his diaper months ago i notice what seem to be a pimple slightly squeezeing whit hard stuff came out .. today i changed his diaper and seen it again i squeezed the whole penis slightly and puss kept comeing out lots of it then the hard stuff again what is this

Hi.... by what you feel that what your son is having is a smegmoma. This is quite common in male children. This occurs due to accumulation of smegma beneath the skin and penile shaft. I suggest you see a paediatric surgeon for this. Usually the treatment will be corticosteroid cream and regular washing by retracting penile skin. This is not a major problem. Do not worry.
