hello my name is lakeisha i for the past few weeks i've been haveing severe lower abdominal pain that travels to my left side all in my back the pain is worst when i'am being active so i noticed only when i'm having this pain and i get the urge to use the bathroom(PEE) AND I WIPE I SEE LIGHT PINKISH BLOOD ON THE TISSUE

You gave problem of severe back pain and blood in urine that may be because of kidney infection.
In glomerulonephtitis there is chanses of pain at back region and blood in urine problem.
Do a ultasonography for further diagnosis.
Urinte examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
