Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
There could be a muscle/rib injury or dislocation which is causing this problem. Have you sustained trauma in that region. If there is no pain on taking deep breath it is less likely you have rib fracture. Kindly get evaluated by a Surgeon who will be able to find the right cause and treat you.
