A friend suffered a compression fracture following a roof fall, not even a month ago. He swears he can have sex -- but I am fearful of causing him more problems. Usually such type of fracture unites in 6-8 weeks time and to be followed by back extension (backward bending) exercises to have good muscle strength. My advice is he should follow the above regimen before jumping into bed.
