hi doctor,my name is samwel and i do like playing football so much, there is one day i dislocated my left knee,it bented inside almost touching the right knee but i struggled and made it straight again, since thn it swelt, suddenly i saw much fluid on my knee bt i did not touch it,i went home and i used cold ice to cool it and when the pain went away,my knee started popping and cracking whenever i straighten and bend my knee.now its five years after the incident and the problem now is that when i play football,my both knees get so tired and all now cracking and popping so am confused if my knees could have serious problems,i am using joint care medications from seven seas since i saw that it can rebuild my connective tissues around the joint, tendons, ligaments and cartilage since it contains GLUCOSAMINE plus OMEGA -3 and chondroitin.now its the second month since i started using the medication but still there is no any change i have experienced.pliz what are the possible solutions that am supporst to undertake doctor?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that at that time you had a dislocation, and is not treated by doctors, so it is corrected only to some extent. Now you had exacerbation.
At least now you should have complete treatment. So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for confirmation.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, till you get relief.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
