Im 52, history of heart trouble in my family. I passed out the other evening and came to right away. Felt shortness of breath and was fine after awhile. Since then Ive experienced a slight pressure in my chest, not real pain but discomfort, feel it alittle more when I cough. Any ideas?

Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

Your symptoms are caused by angina pectoris.
First of all you should confirm the diagnosis in order to treat it correctly.
To do that you need:
1. Electrocardiogram.
2. Pulmonary X-ray.
3. International normalized ratio test.
4. Complete blood count.

Contact your cardiologist.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
